Yes! Direct deposit is a great way to go paperless and streamline payments. In the interest of customer's data privacy, Sol Systems staff cannot update customers' direct deposit information: customers must log onto their Sol Systems Customer Dashboard to update their direct deposit information themselves.
After logging in, there is a box in the upper righthand corner that displays your email address. Click on your email address and you will see a dropdown menu with several options.
Select the Manage Direct Deposit button to update your bank account and routing number. Be sure to select bank-transfer as your Payout Method and to double-check the Payee Information for the recipient of your SREC payments. You may also see a pop-up from Payment Rails which is the plug-in Sol Systems uses to securely encrypt customers' banking information.
