One way to track SREC production
Remote monitoring (often abbreviated "RM") is a type of web application that measures and records energy production. These RM platforms usually provide an overview of the system's energy production and often create maintenance alerts as well.
In addition to monitoring the system itself, remote monitoring platforms can be set up to report SREC production automatically, as an alternative to self-reporting.
Remote monitoring is available to most solar generators
These days, most solar energy systems include remote monitoring at no extra cost. If you went solar in 2018 or later, you likely have access to your energy production online.
Set up remote monitoring for SRECs
To get set up, find out if your system has remote monitoring and if so, with what platform. Your installer may be able to help you with this.
Then, click below to set up your remote monitoring platform for SREC reporting:

Once your system is set up for remote monitoring, you won't need to enter electricity production each month.
