Set up remote monitoring for SRECs
To get started, reach out to your solar array installer to find out if your system offers remote monitoring and if so, through what platform. Below you can find guidance for how to configure remote monitoring through some of the most common platforms:

Once remote monitoring has been set up and verified for your solar system, you won't need to manually enter solar production each month. Please contact Customer Support at (888)235-1538 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your remote monitoring has been verified.
Please note that the SolarNOC platform is one exception: because this is managed through a third party subscription service, customers with this remote monitoring configured for their system should contact the vendor directly at (866)303-5668 for technical assistance, including any issues with reporting meter readings.
