Don't have time to print and mail in a copy of your signed Sol Systems agreement? No problem! As a Sol Systems customer, you have the option to electronically sign your contract documents via DocuSign, a convenient online document management platform. The best part is, you do not need to have a DocuSign account in order to electronically sign our contracts!
With DocuSign, documents are first sent to the email address on file for your account, after you have reviewed, then electronically add your signature and click Finish. It really is that simple! After you have signed, your completed documents are sent back to the Sol Systems team for review.
Below is a step by step guide on how to review and sign our Sol Systems contract documents:
Step 1: Check your email for a document sent to you by the Sol Systems Customer Service team
Note that depending on your email filters, this message may have gone to another folder other than your email Inbox. We recommend searching your email for 'Sol Systems' to locate the DocuSign request.
Once you have located the email, please click on the yellow 'Review Document' bar in the body of the message:
Step 2: Review and Accept DocuSign Terms & Conditions
Read through the Terms & Conditions presented by DocuSign and once you are finished, click the box to agree and proceed:
Step 3: Review your Sol Systems Agreement
Please read through the entire document carefully before proceeding to the next step. If you have any questions please reach out to our Customer Service team at (888) 235-1538 x1 (M-F 9 AM - 6 PM) or info@solsystems.com.
Step 4: Electronically Sign the Agreement
After you have reviewed the document, click on the yellow 'Start' button on the left side of the document:
The document will then scroll to the first required signature area.
Step 5: Sign the Document
Click on the yellow box that says 'Sign':
Next, DocuSign will prompt you to adopt your electronic signature. Once you have selected a signature style to use for your name, click the yellow 'Adopt And Sign' button:
Your signature will now be applied to the designated area in the agreement:
Repeat this step for all required signature areas.
Step 6: Complete the Document
After you have added your signature to all required areas, click the yellow 'Finish' button in the upper right hand corner:
A completed version of the document will now be sent back to the Sol Systems team for review.
DocuSign will also send a signed copy of the document in .pdf form back to your email. However, at this point, if you would like to save a .pdf copy of your agreement, or print it out, you have the option to do so on the next pop up screen:
Note that DocuSign will ask if you'd like to make an account on their platform - this is not required to save or print a copy of your document.
To download a .pdf copy, lick the icon circled in RED and to print the document, click the icon in BLUE.
Once you are done, click the 'No Thanks' button on the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations! You have signed your Sol Systems agreement!
