Please refer to your solar installer for any service requests including installation timeline updates, replacing hardware, having solar panels cleaned, and system expansions. If necessary, our Customer Service team may assist you in contacting an installer that has been difficult to reach.
If your solar system has been offline and is missing meter readings for a month or more due to damage or maintenance, customers are encouraged to contact Sol Systems Customer Service anytime by email at info@solsystems.com or during business hours Monday through Friday by phone at 888.235.1538 ext. 1 to ensure your meter readings and eligible SRECs are up-to-date.
