SREC Production

Solar power generators receive additional SRECs as their solar system produces a certain amount of electricity (1 SREC is typically awarded for every additional 1,000 kWh produced). SRECs are awarded based on solar power production that is reported using (1) estimates, (2) self-reported manual entries, or (3) remotely monitored using a third-party online platform.
