How to set up a different remote monitoring portal

SolarEdge, Enphase Enlighten, and Sunny Portal are just a few of the many remote monitoring portals available. While they are the most common, some of our customers use a variety of others.

Additional remote monitoring portals we see can include, but are not limited to, the following:

Tigo Energy

If your remote monitoring portal is not listed above, it will likely function in the same way and the steps below can still be applied.

While some of these remote monitoring portals will allow sharing access with aggregators, others do not. In order for Sol Systems to report on your behalf we will need the following information:

Please email info@solsystems.com (1) the name of your remote monitoring portal, (2) the username or email used to log in to that portal, and (3) the password used to log in to that portal.

This information will only be used to log in to your remote monitoring portal and report your system's generation on your behalf.
