Production Estimates

In some cases, SRECs can be created based on estimated energy production, rather than actual production. 

Two SREC markets, Washington DC. and Maryland, allow SRECs to be based on production estimates. GATS uses PV Watts to calculate estimates for eligible systems in those markets.
